When you aren't able to wait for a visit with your primary physician, you have a solution. Gabert Clinic offers Urgent Care for acute needs. Please see our menu below. Please note that patients with complex medical conditions may be referred to their primary care provider or a higher level of care.

Urgent Care is not an emergency care department. If you have symptoms not listed in the list below, call your personal physician or go to Gabert Medical Clinic or the Glendive Medical Center Emergency Department.

Illnesses or Minor Problems

Allergies

Level I Office Visit: $95.00 

Allergies may be seasonal or year round. Common symptoms may include sneezing, a stu y or runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and may have an itchy throat or itchy ears. If you experience a are-up of your asthma, shortness of breath, chest pain, hives, rash, swelling of the throat/ tongue/lips, or di culty swallowing after these symptoms, please call 911 and visit the GMC Emergency Department. 

Anxiety

Level II Office Visit $125.00

Anxiety is a feeling of being anxious or nervous. Common symptoms may include hyperventilating, racing heart, sweating and fear. 

Arthritis

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Arthritis is in amed or swollen joint(s). Common symptoms may include swelling, pain, and stiffness. 

Asthma

  • Level II Office Visit $125.00
  •  Nebulizer Treatment (If Applicable) $52.00 

Common symptoms of Asthma may include a frequent dry cough, wheezing or mild shortness of breath. Your asthma may become worse with exercise, colds, bronchitis or allergies. If you experience a are-up of your asthma with severe shortness of breath or chest pain, please call 911 and visit the GMC Emergency Room. 

Bladder or Urinary Tract Infection

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  •  Urine Screen (If Applicable) $17.00 Additional Charges May Apply Upon A Positive Result 

Bladder and Urinary Tract Infection symptoms may include urinating frequently, persisting urge to urinate, and pain or burning with urinating. Common causes may include bacterial infection, dehydration, virus, kidney stone, or sexual transmitted infection. 

Bronchitis

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  •  Nebulizer Treatment (If Applicable) $52.00 

Bronchitis symptoms include coughing; sometimes thick mucus causes chest congestion, fatigue, fever and sometimes wheezing. Bronchitis is an in ammation of the bronchus caused by a virus or bacteria. 

Cold Sores

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Cold Sore symptoms may include a blister or sore on or near the lips or mouth. These are commonly caused by a virus infection. 

Common Colds

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common cold symptoms may include a runny or stuffy nose, mild sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, fatigue, low grade fever, ear pressure or pain, and sometimes watery eyes. Common colds can be caused by many types of viruses, although rhinoviruses are the most common culprit. 

Diarrhea Only

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of diarrhea may include frequent loose or watery stools, and often times accompanied by a stomach ache. Diarrhea is often caused by infection from a virus/bacteria/parasite or reaction to food or medication. 

Ear Aches/Problems

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  • Level II Office Visit (Includes Procedure) $125.00 

Ear ache symptoms may include ear itching, pressure, pain, ear drainage, fever, or decreased hearing. Common causes may include a middle or outer ear infection, foreign object in the ear, uid in the middle ear, or minor injury. This can also be attributed to a cold/respiratory illness or due to recent swimming.

Often ear wax may build up in the ear canal. Common symptoms may include poor hearing, a full feeling, itching, tenderness, or irritation. To clear ear wax a therapeutic washing out of wax buildup is used and sometime may need an ear wax softener.

If the ear pain is accompanied with redness or swellings of the skin around the outside of the ear or onto the cheek/eye region, or you are not able to open your mouth completely, please visit the GMC Emergency Department. 

Eye Infections/Injury/Problems

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  • Level II Office Visit (Includes Procedure) $125.00 

Eye infection symptoms may include redness, itching, irritation, pain, pressure, fever, swelling, draining/crusted (matting) or tearing, sudden problems seeing. Common causes may include infection such as Pink Eye, sty, dry eyes, allergies, foreign objects causing irritation, or virus.

Eye injuries may include eye redness, itching, irritation, pain, pressure, swelling, draining, crusted (matting), or tearing eyes and sometimes sudden problems seeing. Eye injuries are often caused by foreign objects such as dirt, grass, leaves, gravel, metal eck, ngernail scratches, eyelashes, lint irritation, splashed or spilled liquid that has entered the eye. 

Gout

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Gout symptoms may include pain or swelling/in ammation of joints usually toes/feet, redness, pain with walking/standing or burning/hot feeling. Gout often occurs from a type of arthritis or an increased level of uric acid. 

Headaches

Level II Office Visit $125.00 

Headache symptoms may include pain to head, vision changes, congestion, pounding or throbbing, fatigue (tired) or ringing/buzzing in the ears. Common causes may include stress, migraines, dehydration, viruses or bacteria infections, allergies, sinus pressure. 

Hemorrhoids

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of hemorrhoids may include pain with bowel movements, slight bright red blood with bowel movement, swelling/in ammation at or inside the rectum and sometimes pain with sitting or during an activity such as riding a bike. Hemorrhoids are swollen veins inside or outside the rectum or anus and common causes of hemorrhoids include constipation, recent child birth or a diet lacking ber. 

Flu/Influenza

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  •  Influenza Test (If Applicable) $62.00 

Commonly known as the In uenza virus, in uenza symptoms may include coughing, sneezing, runny or stu y nose, body aches, chills, fevers, irritated or watering eyes, and congestion.
We may have to test for in uenza virus which will require an additional lab charge. 

Laryngitis

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of laryngitis may include hoarse or loss of voice, sore throat, and discomfort with swallowing, runny or stuffy nose, low grade fever or tender lymph nodes. Common causes may include sore throat, viruses, allergies, frequent coughing or reflux (GERD). 

Medication Side Effects

Level II Office Visit $125.00

Sometimes medications either prescribed or over the counter cause problems or interaction with your body. Common side e ects of many medications may include simple allergy reactions such as rash/hives, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, dizziness, change in mood, body aches, fatigue/ drowsiness (tired), headaches, stomach ache, and constipation. 

Rashes/Minor Skin Problems

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of rashes or minor skin problems may include itching, irritation, redness, pain, mild swelling, blisters, fever, body aches, dry or aking skin, cracking of skin, pus or draining sores, rough patches or scaly skin. Common causes may include ringworm, chicken pox or shingles, eczema, impetigo, allergic skin reaction, virus, bacteria, yeast infection, sunburn, ingrown hair, foreign object in the skin, poison ivy/oak, psoriasis, dry skin, anxiety reaction, medication side e ect, skin color changes or small bruises. 

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)

  • Level II Office Visit $125.00
  •  Urine Screen (If Applicable) $17.00 

Common symptoms of STDs may include, itching, irritation, pain, drainage or discharge, cracked or open skin or sores, redness, rash, or blisters on the genitals or surrounding skin. Other symptoms may include fever, body aches, chills, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting or bad odor. Common causes of genital problems may include cha ng or skin irritation, allergic reaction, a bacteria/virus/yeast infection or sometimes sexually transmitted infections. 

Sinus Infections

Level I Office Visit $95.00

Common symptoms of sinus infections may include stuffy and/or runny nose, sinus pressure or pain, post nasal drip, dry or sometimes hacking cough, fevers, headaches. Common causes may include colds, congestion, sinus infections - bacteria or virus, foreign objects in the nose/sinuses, or allergies. 

Stomach Ache/Problems

Level II Office Visit $125.00 

Common symptoms of stomach ache may include an upset stomach or nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps or sharp pains, diarrhea, body aches, chills, fatigue (tired), fever, rash and sometimes dehydration. Common causes may include viruses/bacteria/yeast infections, reaction to food or medications, heartburn/acid re ux (GERD), ulcers, gas, constipation, diverticulitis, appendicitis, irritable bowel syndrome, parasites, dehydration and many more. 

Sore Throat

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  •  Rapid Strep Test (If Applicable) $24.00 

Sore throat symptoms may include pain with swallowing or talking, enlarged tonsils or tender lymph nodes on the neck, a change in voice or laryngitis, runny or stu y nose, fever, headache, fatigue (tired), body aches, chills and sometimes stomach ache. Common causes may include an infection of bacteria/yeast/viruses, allergies, frequent coughing, mono, strep throat, post nasal drip, or acid re ux (GERD). 

Toothache

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of a toothache may include pain, trouble chewing, pressure, jaw ache, headache, fever, drainage of pus on the gums, tooth, or mouth; sores in mouth, and swelling in mouth or face. Common causes may include tooth injury, infection, cracked tooth, jaw problems, teeth grinding, or cavities. 

Yeast Infections

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Yeast infections are commonly found in the mouth (thrush), on the skin, feet/toes (athletes foot), or genitals. Common symptoms may include, itching, irritation, pain, redness or rash on the skin, and in genitals sometimes white drainage/discharge. 

Injuries

Simple Fractures/Broken Bones

Level III Office Visit $160.00 

Simple fractures of the bone typically do not appear out of place and often occur due to a minor injury, including a twisting of an arm, leg, ankle, wrist, elbow, nger, or toe. They may also occur from falling, jumping, or landing on the area or when an object falls on the area. Common symptoms include swelling, pain, and pressure that stops normal activity and movement. The pain can be a sharp or dull pain which sometimes shoots up or down from the injured area. 

Animal Bites (Simple/Confirmed Non-Rabid)

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  •  TDap (If Applicable) $45.00 

Often simple bites are from a cat, dog, domestic ranch animal or common pet. Common symptoms may include pain, tight muscles, pain/pressure that stops normal activity or movement. The pain can be a sharp or dull pain which sometimes shoots up or down from the injured area. 

Back Aches/Strains (Sudden and New)

Level II Office Visit $125.00 

Common symptoms of back aches and strains include swelling, tight muscles, bruises, pain, or pressure that stops normal activity and movement. The pain can be a sharp or dull pain which sometimes shoots up or down from the injured area. Common causes may include twisting (spraining) an arm, leg, ankle, wrist, elbow, nger, or toe and can include a muscle that was pulled, injured, or overworked.

* Chronic Back conditions will not be seen in Urgent Care. 

Bruises/Cuts/Scrapes or Simple Puncture/Fish Hook Injuries

  • Level I Office Visit $95.00
  • Level II Office Visit (Includes Procedure) $125.00 
  •  TDap (If Applicable) $45.00 

We are able to attend to bruises, cuts, scrapes, or simple puncture wounds that may include bleeding, swelling, and pain. Sometimes foreign objects may become stuck in the skin such as gravel, dirt, a sh hook, a piece of glass, metal, or wood and sometimes a tack or nail. At times, these types of wounds may require a tetanus booster vaccine, skin glue or removal of foreign objects. 

Burns (Minor) or Sunburns

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of minor burns or sunburns may include redness, itching, tenderness and pain, blisters, aching, peeling or dry skin. Minor burns are usually in a small area and are a superficial surface of the skin. 

Fingernail/Toenail Injury/Problems

Level I Office Visit $95.00 Level II Office Visit (Includes Procedure) $125.00 + TDap (If Applicable) $45.00 

Fingernail or toenail injuries may include bleeding, swelling, pain, and sometimes foreign objects may become stuck in the nail. Sometimes this may require a tetanus booster vaccine, skin glue or removal of foreign objects. Often these types of injuries are a result of a minor injury to the ngernail/toenail which causes an opening or a collection of blood under the nail, a puncture with a foreign object such as a sh hook, a nail, staple or glass. 

Insect Bites/Bee Stings

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Common symptoms of insect bites and bee stings may include itching, redness, swelling, hives, irritation or pain, open/blistered sore and sometimes draining pus. Stingers may also become stuck in the skin. 

Sprains (Sudden and New)

Level III Office Visit $160.00 

Sprain symptoms may include swelling, tight muscles, bruises, and pain/pressure that stops normal activity and movement. The pain can be a sharp or dull pain which sometimes shoots up or down from the injured area. Common causes may include twisting (spraining) an arm, leg, ankle, wrist, elbow, nger, or toe. It can also occur from a muscle that was pulled, injured, or overworked. 

Tick Removal

Level I Office Visit $95.00 

Removal of a tick is a simple procedure and can be assessed for complications. Ticks are common in the spring/summer/early fall seasons and sometimes bite or become embedded in the skin. 

Procedures

Laceration/Wound Repair (Minor)

Level III Office Visit $160.00 

A minor laceration requires stitches or staples to repair the skin including super cial closure of the skin. 

Splinter/Sliver Removal

Level I Office Visit $95.00 Level II Office Visit (Includes Procedure) $125.00 + TDap (If Applicable) $45.00 

Common symptoms of a splinter or sliver may include bleeding, redness, swelling, itching, pain or infection. Sometimes additional treatment is needed and this may require a tetanus booster vaccine or skin glue. Splinter or slivers are often the result of a foreign object that punctures the skin and becomes stuck. Foreign objects can include: A piece of glass, metal, wood, tack, nail, and sometimes dirt or gravel. 

Wart/Skin Tag (Max of Three)

Level II Office Visit $125.00 

Removal of a benign appearing common skin lesion, sore, tag, growth, or wart may be done with liquid nitrogen (freezing) or clipped/cut or when causing irritation, redness, itching, “snagging or catching” on clothing.

Blood Pressure

No Charge 

Manual or automatic (machine) blood pressure checks are done as a walk in (appointment not required). 

Diabetes/Blood Sugar

$17.00 

To test Diabetes and Blood Sugar levels, we will use the Random Glucose (blood sugar) level finger stick. 

Influenza Test

$62.00 

The In uenza test is used to help determine whether or not a person may have In uenza A or Influenza B. 

Mono Spot Rapid Screening Test

$21.00 

Mono Spot Rapid Screen Test is used to help determine whether or not a person may have Infectious Mononucleosis. 

Occult Blood

$10.00 

Blood that is present in amounts too small to be seen and can be detected only by chemical analysis or microscopic examination. 

Pregnancy Urine Test

$20.00 

The pregnancy urine test is used to accurately determine if someone may be pregnant. 

Strep Culture

$24.00 

A Strep culture is used to help determine if someone has strep throat infection. 

Tdap (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

$45.00 

Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis can be very serious diseases. These three diseases are all caused by bacteria. Diphtheria and pertussis are spread from person to person. Tetanus enters the body through cuts, scratches, or wounds. 

Urine Screen

$17.00 

Urine Screen Test is used to diagnose Urinary Tract Infections and other urinary tract conditions.

  • Please bring a complete list of your medications with you.

  • Urgent Care does not provide prescriptions for controlled medications such as narcotics.

  • Urgent Care cannot provide medication re lls.

  • You may need to be referred if you have complex symptoms.

  • Patients under the age of 18 must have signed parental consent to be seen.

  • Patients with complex medical conditions may be referred to their Primary Care provider

    or a higher level of care. 

Payment

Payment Information

  • Payment is due at time of service.

  • Urgent Care will bill most major insurances. Please check with your insurance company

    prior to your visit. If your insurance company does not consider Urgent Care in network,

    you will be responsible for the balance.

  • Insurances that we cannot bill include VA, Indian Health Service, Worker’s Compensation.

  • Please bring your insurance card with you.

  • If you are insured, please be prepared to pay your copay.

  • If your insurance cannot be billed, balance is due at time of service.

  • If you are uninsured, payment is expected at time of service if you were examined or

    treated.
