GMC ANNOUNCES EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER

Glendive, Montana, September 24, 2013 - Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is pleased to announce that DJ Schowalter has been recognized by her co-workers and named Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2013. 

DJ is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Extended Care. She has worked at GMC since 2007. DJ embraces GMC's core values of respect, integrity, compassion and excellence. She is dependable and willing to go above and beyond her duties for residents, co-workers and the facility. "DJ is able to empathize with each resident to understand their particular need and/or want. 

She makes everyone around her feel valuable and special," Vicky Davis, Director of Nursing in Extended Care, said.

DJ enjoys sewing for residents and working on special projects. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family. "It's a wonderful feeling to be recognized by my coworkers for this award," she said.
