GMC Foundation Announces Scholarship Winners

Glendive, Montana (July 8, 2016) - The Glendive Medical Center (GMC) Foundation is pleased to announce the students receiving scholarships for the 2016-2017 school year:

Alexa Hubbard, Glendive, physical therapy at University of Mary.

Ashlyn Striegel, Glendive, nursing at Montana State University.

Bryce Benson, Glendive, pharmacy at University of Montana.

Carson Lauf, Wibaux, physical therapy at University of Mary.

Haylee Gallegos, Glendive, nursing at Montana Tech.

Lauren LaBar, Wibaux, physician's assistant program at Rocky Mountain College.

Sadie Sampson, Glendive, nursing at Montana State University.

Commenting on the winners this year, Carol Condon, Foundation Director, shared that the donors of these scholarships are making a tremendous difference for students in this area. "We have such talented young people vying for these scholarships, and our local schools are to be commended for producing such talented students. It is a great feeling to be able to send this money forward to help with their tuition costs."

Certain gifts may allow donors great tax savings by taking advantage of the Montana Endowment Tax Credit for their scholarship donation.
