GLENDIVE MEDICAL CENTER OFFERS SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS AT REDUCED COST

Glendive Medical Center (GMC) will offer sports physicals at a reduced cost of $30 on Wednesday, July 24th and Tuesday, August 6th for students choosing to participate in athletics this upcoming school year. Sports physicals will take place from 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm on both dates in Gabert Clinic. Walk-ins only – no appointments available. Cash or check accepted; students are asked to bring the exact amount or bills no larger than $20.
A sports physical form must be filled out by a parent/guardian prior to coming in. Forms are available at the Gabert Clinic Information Desk or on the GMC website: https://www.gmc.org/patients-families/forms-for-patients/. A signature will be necessary before the physical can be performed.
Well-Child Exam appointments are also available and covered by most insurances. Well-Child Exams assess physical along with mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Please call 406-345-8901 to make an appointment.
