🌟 Kalye Schmoldt

Title: Patient Access Representative
Time at GMC: 6 months

Kalye plays a key role in checking in patients and helping callers with questions about appointments or hospital services. When she’s not at GMC, Kalye loves reading on her Kindle, spending time with her family and dogs, and enjoying movie nights with friends. Her favorite thing about Glendive is how friendly most people are.

Proudest Moment: Overcoming a life-changing accident.
What she enjoys most about GMC: Her amazing coworkers and getting to interact with patients.

🌟 Chyna Damm

Title: Patient Access Representative
Time at GMC: 6 years

Chyna specializes in scheduling, insurance validation, and patient information verification. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gaming. She appreciates Glendive’s chill atmosphere.

Proudest Moment: Buying a house with her husband before turning 25.
What she enjoys most about GMC: The way each department gets their own appreciation week!

Title: Patient Access Supervisor / IS Registration Informaticist

Time at GMC: 15½ years (with a 3-month break)

Leah supervises the registration team and collaborates with IS for registration processes. A Glendive native, she’s deeply rooted in the community. Her favorite pastime? Soaking up every moment with her grandchildren.

Jenae is the go-to for scheduling and registration leadership and trains new staff. Outside of work, she loves hanging out at home with her two dogs, Bear and Gracie.

Favorite thing about Glendive: Raising a family in a safe and friendly town where she met her husband.

Amanda works at the clinic scheduling desk, answering calls and coordinating appointments. Family time with her kids and granddaughter is her top priority outside of work.

Lauren assists with outpatient check-ins and Radiology scheduling. She enjoys reading and camping—and impressively read one book a day in 2023!

Katelyn coordinates scheduling for lab, radiology, respiratory therapy, and nutritional services. Her hobbies include traveling, concerts, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
